Shipping
We offer reliable and cost-effective delivery across New South Wales, ACT, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. After your order is confirmed, we'll be in touch to confirm an estimated delivery date and timeframe.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is present at the agreed time, a redelivery fee may apply.
Warranty
All our outdoor furniture comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This includes faults related to workmanship and structural integrity.
What's Not Covered:
- General wear and tear
- Weather-related damage
- Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
- Changes in timber due to natural exposure (e.g., colour changes, minor cracks, warping)
General maintenance is the responsibility of the purchaser, including periodic cleaning, re-staining, and protection from extreme weather conditions.
Repairs
We offer repair services for issues outside of warranty coverage. A fee will apply based on the nature and extent of the repair required. Contact us for a quote or to book a service.
Refunds & Returns (in line with Australian Consumer Law)
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that our products are:
- of acceptable quality,
- fit for their intended purpose, and
- match the description provided.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major fault. A major fault is one that:
- would have stopped you from buying the item had you known about it,
- is unsafe,
- is significantly different from the sample or description,
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for.
For minor faults, we will offer a free repair or replacement.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- change of mind,
- incorrect size or colour choice,
- general wear and tear, or
- damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance.
If you believe your product has a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and proof of purchase. We may require the product to be returned for assessment.
